Overview

The machine can produce pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, offering flat, socket, and rabbet joints. It is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridges.

Working Principle

This machine utilizes a roller to support the pipe mould and apply force to the concrete within the mould. As the roller rotates at high speed, the concrete spreads along the inner wall of the pipe mould, forming a cement pipe through centrifugal force. The compacted concrete between the mould and roller solidifies to create a pipe.
