Working Principle of the China Concrete Pipe Forming Machine (Spun Roller Type)
This innovative machine utilizes rollers to support the pipe mould. As the rollers spin at high speed, the concrete spreads evenly along the inner wall of the pipe mould due to centrifugal force, forming a solid cement pipe. When the mould with concrete passes over the roller, the material compacts firmly, ensuring durability and strength.
Characteristics of the Suspension Roller Type Concrete Pipe Machine
(1) Short Production Cycle: Thanks to the high-speed rotation of the roller, each pipe requires only 3-5 minutes to achieve optimal compaction.

1. The XG series concrete pipe making machines come in various models including XG800x2000,
XG1200x2000, XG1600x2000, and XG2000x2000. They cater to concrete pipe production with diameters ranging from 200mm to 2000mm, and lengths from 1000mm to 5000mm.
2. The roller axis supports the pipe mould, pressing the concrete inside it. When
the pipe mould rotates at high speed with the roller axis, the concrete compacts to form a solid pipe
through the combined action of roller pressure and centrifugal force.
