Overview: The horizontal concrete pipe machine from Gaotang Dingli Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is an ideal machinery for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete pipe production. It is economical, practical, and easy to operate, with over 80% of Chinese pipe making factories using this type of concrete pipe making machine. The machine can produce pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, offering flat, socket, and rabbet joints. It is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridges.

Working Principle: This machine utilizes a roller to support the pipe mould and apply roller force to the concrete, spreading it along the inner wall of the mould to form a cement pipe through centrifugal force. The compacted concrete between the mould and roller solidifies to create a pipe as the mould rotates.

Characteristics:

1. Short production cycle of 3-5 minutes per pipe due to effective roller compaction.


2. Utilizes dry cast material to prevent waste cement mud and environmental pollution.


3. Low noise production at approximately 80-90 DB.


4. Produces concrete pipes with high pressure load and efficiency.

1. XG series concrete pipe making machine available in XG800x2000, XG1200x2000, XG1600x2000, and XG2000x2000 types for producing pipes with diameters of 200-2000mm and lengths of 1000mm to 5000mm.


2. Roller axis supports the pipe mould and presses concrete inside, solidifying it through roller press and centrifugal force during high-speed rotation.
