Overview

The Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine from Gaotang Dingli Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is an ideal machinery for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete pipe production. It is economical, practical, and easy to operate, with more than 80% of Chinese pipe making factories using this type of machine. The machine can produce pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, with flat, socket, and rabbet joints available. It is mainly used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and utility large bridges.

Working Principle

This machine uses a roller to support the pipe mould and produce roller force to compact the concrete in the mould. The high-speed rotation of the roller spreads the concrete in the inner wall of the pipe mould, forming a cement pipe with centrifugal force. As the mould with the inner concrete passes over the roller, the concrete is compacted solid to form a pipe.

Technical Parameters

XG series concrete pipe making machine has different types such as XG800x2000, XG1200x2000, XG1600x2000, and XG2000x2000. They produce concrete pipes with diameters ranging from 200-2000mm and lengths from 1000mm to 5000mm. The roller axis supports the pipe mould and presses concrete inside, forming solid pipes through the action of roller press and centrifugal force.
