Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine

An ideal machinery for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete pipe production, the Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine from Gaotang Dingli Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is economical, practical, and easy to operate. Used by over 80% of Chinese pipe making factories, this machine can produce pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, with flat, socket, and rabbet joints available. It is primarily utilized in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridge projects.

Working Principle

The machine uses rollers to support the pipe mould and apply roller force to the concrete, spreading it along the inner wall of the mould through centrifugal force. With high-speed roller rotation, the concrete is compacted solidly between the mould and the roller, forming a pipe efficiently.
