Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine

More than 80% of Chinese pipe making factories use this type of concrete pipe making machine. Capable of producing pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, with flat, socket, and rabbet joints available. This machine is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridge projects.

Working Principle

The machine uses rollers to support the pipe mould and apply force to the concrete, spreading it along the inner wall of the mould. With high-speed rotation, the concrete forms a solid pipe due to centrifugal force and compaction between the mould and roller.

Product Specifications

The roller axis supports the pipe mould and presses concrete inside, solidifying it through a combination of roller press and centrifugal force.
