Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine

An ideal machinery for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete pipe production, the Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine from Gaotang Dingli Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is economical, practical, and easy to operate. More than 80% of Chinese pipe making factories use this type of concrete pipe making machine. Capable of producing pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, with flat, socket, and rabbet joints available. This machine is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridge projects.

Working Principle

The machine uses a roller to support the pipe mould and apply roller force to the concrete, spreading it along the inner wall of the mould with centrifugal force. As the mould with the inner concrete passes over the roller, the concrete is compacted solid to form a pipe.

Characteristics

• Short production cycle: Each pipe only requires 3-5 minutes due to the effective roller compaction.


• Dry cast material usage eliminates waste cement mud, preventing environmental pollution.


• Low noise production at approximately 80-90 dB.
