Overview

The horizontal concrete pipe machine from Gaotang Dingli Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is an ideal machinery for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete pipe production. It is economical, practical, and easy to operate, with over 80% of Chinese pipe making factories using this type of machine. The machine can produce pipes up to 4 meters in length and with diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, offering flat, socket, and rabbet joints. It is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridges.

Working Principle

This concrete pipe forming machine uses a spun roller type, where the roller supports the pipe mould and applies force to the concrete inside the mould. As the roller rotates at high speed, the concrete spreads along the inner wall of the pipe mould, forming a cement pipe through centrifugal force. The compacted concrete between the mould and the roller solidifies to create the pipe.
