Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine

An ideal machinery for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete pipe production, the Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine is economical, practical, and easy to operate. More than 80% of Chinese pipe making factories use this type of concrete pipe making machine. Capable of producing pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, with flat, socket, and rabbet joints available. The Hanging Roller Cement Pipe Machine is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridge projects.

Working Principle of China Concrete Pipe Forming Machine Spun Roller Type

This machine utilizes rollers to support the pipe mould and apply roller force to the concrete within the mould. As the roller rotates at high speed, the concrete spreads along the inner wall of the pipe mould, forming a cement pipe through centrifugal force. The compacted concrete between the mould and roller solidifies to create a pipe as the mould passes over the roller.

• Short production cycle: Each pipe requires only 3-5 minutes due to the effective roller compaction.


• Dry cast material usage eliminates waste cement mud, preventing environmental pollution.

Features:

1. XG series concrete pipe making machine includes XG800x2000, XG1200x2000, XG1600x2000, and XG2000x2000 models. These machines produce concrete pipes with diameters ranging from 200mm to 2000mm and lengths from 1000mm to 5000mm.


2. Roller axis supports the pipe mould and compacts concrete inside it. The high-speed rotation of the pipe mould with the roller axis solidifies the concrete into a pipe through roller press and centrifugal force.
