Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine

Capable of producing pipes up to 4 meters in length and with diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, it offers flat, socket, and rabbet joints. The Hanging Roller Cement Pipe Machine is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridge projects.

Working Principle

The machine utilizes rollers to support the pipe mould and apply roller force to the concrete within the mould. As the roller rotates at high speed, the concrete spreads along the inner wall of the pipe mould, forming a cement pipe through centrifugal force. The compacted concrete between the mould and the roller solidifies to create a pipe as the mould passes over the roller.
