Overview

The horizontal concrete pipe machine from Gaotang Dingli Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is an ideal machinery for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete pipe production. It is economical, practical, and easy to operate, with over 80% of Chinese pipe making factories using this type of machine. The machine can produce pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, offering flat, socket, and rabbet joints. It is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridges.

Working Principle

This machine uses a roller to support the pipe mould and apply roller force to the concrete, spreading it in the inner wall of the pipe mould through high-speed rotation. The centrifugal force forms a cement pipe, while the concrete between the mould and the roller is compacted solid to shape the pipe.

Characteristics

• Short production cycle: Each pipe only requires 3-5 minutes due to the roller's effective concrete compaction.


• Dry cast material: No waste cement mud is produced, preventing environmental pollution.
