The horizontal concrete pipe machine is an ideal machinery for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete pipe production. It is economical, practical, and easy to operate. More than 80% of Chinese pipe making factories use this type of concrete pipe making machine. The machine can produce pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, with flat, socket, and rabbet joints available. The hanging roller cement pipe machine is mainly used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and utility large bridges.
This machine uses the Roller to support the pipe mould and produce the roller force to concrete in the mould. When the roller rotates at a high speed, the concrete in the mould will spread on the inner wall of the pipe mould and form a cement pipe with centrifugal force. The concrete between the mould and the roller will be compacted solid to form a pipe as the mould with the inner concrete passes on the roller.
