The machine can produce pipes up to 4 meters in length and with diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, offering flat, socket, and rabbet joints. It is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridge projects.

Working Principle

The machine uses a roller to support the pipe mould and apply roller force to the concrete, spreading it along the inner wall of the mould through centrifugal force. As the mould with the inner concrete passes over the roller, the concrete is compacted to form a solid pipe.
