Overview

The horizontal concrete pipe machine is an ideal machinery for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete pipe production. It is economical, practical, and easy to operate. More than 80% of Chinese pipe making factories use this type of concrete pipe making machine. The machine can produce pipes up to 4 meters in length and with diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm. It offers flat, socket, and rabbet joints, making it suitable for use in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridges.

Working Principle

The China concrete pipe forming machine spun roller type uses rollers to support the pipe mould and apply pressure to the concrete inside the mould. As the roller rotates at high speed, the concrete spreads along the inner wall of the pipe mould, forming a cement pipe through centrifugal force. The compacted concrete between the mould and the roller solidifies to create a pipe.
