Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine

An ideal machinery for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete pipe production, the Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine is economical, practical, and easy to operate. More than 80% of Chinese pipe making factories use this type of concrete pipe making machine. Capable of producing pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, with flat, socket, and rabbet joints available. The Hanging Roller Cement Pipe Machine is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridge projects.

Working Principle

The machine uses rollers to support the pipe mould and apply roller force to the concrete in the mould. As the roller rotates at high speed, the concrete spreads along the inner wall of the pipe mould, forming a cement pipe through centrifugal force. The compacted concrete between the mould and the roller solidifies to create a pipe as the mould passes over the roller.

2. Roller axis supports the pipe mould and presses concrete inside, solidifying the pipe through roller press and centrifugal force during high-speed rotation.
