Horizontal Concrete Pipe Machine

More than 80% of Chinese pipe making factories use this type of concrete pipe making machine. It can produce pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, with flat, socket, and rabbet joints available. The Hanging Roller Cement Pipe Machine is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridges.

Working Principle of China Concrete Pipe Forming Machine Spun Roller Type

This machine uses the roller to support the pipe mould and apply roller force to the concrete in the mould. As the roller rotates at high speed, the concrete in the mould spreads along the inner wall, forming a cement pipe through centrifugal force. The concrete between the mould and the roller is compacted solidly to form a pipe as the mould with the inner concrete passes over the roller.

1. XG series concrete pipe making machine offers different types such as XG800x2000, XG1200x2000, XG1600x2000, and XG2000x2000, producing concrete pipes with diameters of 200-2000mm and lengths of 1000mm to 5000mm.


2. Roller axis supports the pipe mould and presses concrete inside, solidifying the pipe through roller press and centrifugal force as the mould rotates at high speed.
