Working Principle of the China Concrete Pipe Forming Machine Spun Roller Type
This machine utilizes a roller to support the pipe mould and generate roller force on the concrete within the mould. As the roller rotates at high speed, the concrete spreads along the inner wall of the pipe mould, forming a cement pipe through centrifugal force. When the mould and the concrete pass over the roller, the pressure compacts the concrete into a solid pipe.
