The horizontal concrete pipe machine from Gaotang Dingli Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. is an ideal machinery for reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete pipe production. It is economical, practical, and easy to operate, with over 80% of Chinese pipe making factories using this type of machine. The machine can produce pipes up to 4 meters in length and diameters ranging from 250mm to 2500mm, offering flat, socket, and rabbet joints. It is primarily used in municipal engineering, urban and rural construction, drainage, and large bridges.
This concrete pipe forming machine uses a spun roller type, where the roller supports the pipe mould and applies force to the concrete within the mould. As the roller rotates at high speed, the concrete spreads along the inner wall of the pipe mould, forming a cement pipe through centrifugal force. The compacted concrete between the mould and the roller solidifies to create a pipe.
The XG series concrete pipe making machine includes models such as XG800x2000, XG1200x2000, XG1600x2000, and XG2000x2000. These machines produce concrete pipes with diameters ranging from 200mm to 2000mm and lengths from 1000mm to 5000mm. The roller axis supports the pipe mould and presses concrete inside, solidifying it into a pipe through roller press and centrifugal force.
